1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DisputeHive ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
DisputeHive provides AI-powered credit dispute letter generation and management tools. The Service is a do-it-yourself (DIY) tool that assists you in creating dispute letters. DisputeHive is not a credit repair organization, attorney, or financial advisor. We do not dispute items on your behalf.
3. Credit Monitoring Requirement
Use of DisputeHive's AI features requires an active credit monitoring subscription through our partner services (IdentityIQ or SmartCredit). DisputeHive earns a referral commission when you subscribe through our links. This does not affect your subscription cost.
4. Mailing Services
Automated mailing is provided through our third-party partner, Lob. By using automated mailing, you authorize DisputeHive to submit your letters for printing and mailing on your behalf. Mailing fees are charged at the time of each order. All fees are final and non-refundable except as provided under our 110% Guarantee.
5. 110% Money-Back Guarantee
The guarantee is subject to eligibility requirements including: opt-in within 30 days of first attack, completion of 6+ attack rounds, maintained credit monitoring subscription, and no score improvement after 12 months. DisputeHive reserves the right to audit accounts and deny fraudulent claims. Full guarantee terms are available at disputehive.com/guarantee.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
DisputeHive does not guarantee any specific results, including credit score improvement or removal of specific items. Results vary by individual. The Fair Credit Reporting Act gives you the right to dispute inaccurate items, but bureaus are not required to remove accurate, verifiable information.
7. Limitation of Liability
DisputeHive's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DisputeHive in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
8. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- You must not submit false or fraudulent dispute letters
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at disputehive.com/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
